Realtors merge firms
Kamloops’ two Royal LePage brokerages have become one.
As of April 1, Royal LePage Westwin Realty owners Brian Ledoux and Tyler Becker have taken the helm of Royal LePage Kamloops Realty.
Ledoux said the plan is to keep the offices and agents of both businesses, but run them under the Westwin name.
“The idea for us was more to eliminate some of the in-town confusion between the two offices,” Ledoux said.
Westwin Realty has 65 agents, while the Kamloops Realty outfit has 33.
Previous owner Mike Shannon will stay on as an agent, Ledoux said.
