R&S snares Premier Achiever Award
R&S Auto Body Ltd. has won a 2011 AutocheX Premier Achiever Award for outstanding customer service.
AutocheX is a third-party company that measures customer satisfaction levels for body shops through surveys.
R&S Auto Body and 14 other c.a.r. shop VALET facilities in B.C. achieved customer-satisfaction scores in the top five per cent among more than 7,000 shops across North America.
Scores are based on key award criteria, such as the shop’s ability to keep customers informed, provide on-time deliveries and provide efficient, safe and quality repairs.
“We’re extremely proud of the 15 shops that have consistently made customer service a top priority,” said Darcy Gorchynski, ICBC’s director of material-damage services.
“We know our customers want to get back on the road as fast as possible while knowing their car’s received top-quality repairs.
