Technology and beer the focus of meeting
The Kamloops Innovation Centre (KIC) is hosting TechBrew on Wednesday, June 13.
Companies from Kamloops, Kelowna and Salmon Arm will be on hand to showcase their products and talk about the future of the technology industry in their sector and the region.
“At KIC, we believe in bringing together local entrepreneurs around two of our favourite things — technology and beer,” said KIC co-founder Jaethan Reichel.
“Building on the success of the first TechBrew event, we wanted to give our community the opportunity to get together, exchange ideas and build a network in an effort to establish Kamloops as the regional centre of excellence we know it to be.”
TechBrew will bring together technology companies, top talent, service providers and investors, giving all the opportunity to meet.
TechBrew takes place at the Noble Pig, 650 Victoria St., from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets are available online at kicstart.ca for $20 and at the door for $30.
