It was, for a time, the worst-kept, sauce-drenched secret in Kamloops, but Swiss Chalet will open on Monday, Dec. 10, in the Aberdeen Village location formerly occupied by Tony Roma’s, Swiss Chalet is a Canadian restaurant chain owned by Cara Operations, which also operates Milestone’s restaurant, located in the same shopping centre.
