Communities in Bloom want you to pay it forward
Shawn Cook, a parks supervisor with the City of Kamloops and a CIB committee member, came up with the Kindness Blooms idea.
The CIB committee has created 4,000 Kindness Blooms buttons, which can be picked up at 213 Victoria St.
Grab a button and pass it on as you pay forward a good deed that has benefitted you.
