Charlie Bruce, president of the 2013 BC Seniors Games, presents Kamloops Coun. Nelly Dever with the official flag of the Games at a kickoff event on Monday, Feb. 18, at the Tournament Capital Centre. The Games will take place from Aug. 20 to Aug. 24 and feature 4,000 athletes ages 55 and up competing in 25 events.
