Alley artists sought
The Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association (KCBIA) is accepting proposals for its alley art gallery.
Applicants must provide information, including their qualifications and ability to manage a project, ability to work within a budget and two references.
Applicants will be vetted by the city’s graffiti task force to ensure they are not active taggers.
