Play benefits four local groups
Tickets are on sale now for one-woman show The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe, at the Kamloops Players Theatre on Sept. 14 and Sept. 15, Sept. 21 and Sept. 22.
Local actress Patricia Zogar is producing and starring in the show.
A variety of organizations will benefit from the fundraiser, including the Kamloops Players, who are renovating the theatre at 422 Tranquilel Rd. and who will receive half the revenue generated.
The other half on each night will go to Desert Gardens Community Centre (Sept. 14), Phoenix Centre (Sept. 15), the Centre for Spiritual Living (Sept. 21) and Pride Kamloops GALA (Sept. 22.)
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased from any of the participating charities, at Mystic Dreams, 419 Tranquille Rd., or by calling 250-682-2164.
