Wagamese gives talk at Kamloops Library
Author Richard Wagamese will host a reading and discussion at the North Kamloops Library on Thursday, Oct. 11, at 7 p.m.
Wagamese will talk about his career and the books he has written, which include Dream Wheels, for which he won the Canadian Authors Association Award for Fiction, Keeper’n Me, which won him the Alberta Writers Guild Best Novel Award, One Native Life, which was named by the Globe and Mail one of the 100 best books of 2008 and his memoir, One Story, One Song, which won the George Ryga Award for Social Awareness in Literature last year.
His most recent book is Indian Horse.
The event is free, but seating is limited.
