Sun Rivers grow-up shut down
A raid on posh home in an upscale Kamloops neighbourhood last week revealed a sizeable marijuana operation, police said.
Kamloops RCMP Const. Cheryl Bush said Mounties executed a search warrant at a home on Canyon Ridge Drive in Sun Rivers on Thursday, Jan. 27, uncovering a 2,000-plant grow-op.
No one was in the home, which appeared to be unoccupied.
Investigators found hydro and water bypasses.
Bush said Mounties will be following up with the homeowners.
