Kamloops stabbing victim keeps mum
Investigators aren’t getting much help from an unco-operative victim after a woman was stabbed in North Kamloops.
Mounties said the woman, who is known to police, was taken to Royal Inland Hospital by a passing motorist after she was stabbed with what she believed was a screwdriver early Thursday morning (July 14) near Northills Shopping Centre.
She suffered stab wounds to her lower abdomen, shoulder and shoulder-blade area.
None of her injuries are considered life-threatening.
Police note the victim is not co-operating with the investigation, but there is an indication a woman is the suspect in the attack.
