Vehicle vandals target downtown Kamloops core
Kamloops Mounties are looking into a rash of mischief over the weekend, in which five vehicles parked on downtown streets had their windshields stomped in.
The incidents took place late overnight on Saturday, June 9, and into the following morning.
Police believe the culprit likely hopped onto the hoods of the vehicles and jumped on the windshields until they broke.
All of the damage was done in the area between First and Fourth avenues and Victoria and St. Paul streets.
Anyone with information can call police at 250-828-3000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
