Train-travelling trio derailed
They were modern-day hobos who got the boot in northwest Kamloops.
On Thursday, Oct. 11, at 2 p.m., CN Police asked Kamloops Rural RCMP members to help deal with three people who were riding illegally in a cargo car.
The train stopped at Red Lake and Tranquille roads past Kamloops Airport. Once stopped, officers found three males, all from Fort St. James, and all of whom were polite and co-operative.
They were issued tickets for trespassing on CN property.
It’s unknown how far they had travelled.
