A FREE-SPENDING CITY HALL?

Will the current Kamloops council be the first administration that bankrupts a city?
Until our elected officials realize watching the dimes, nickels and pennies will make the dollars follow, the possibility of this is a reality.
I remember a time when a sandbagging machine was a huge purchase for the city.
Now, Kamloops buys it with the change from city hall ashtrays.
There so much back-scratching going on at city hall that it’s amazing they don’t all walk around with arms in slings.
