Comparisons should work with firefighters, too

Regarding the parity deal for firefighters, I find it incredibly hypocritical that the city would refuse to talk about comparators in negotiations with Kamloops firefighters when this has been a major consideration for wage increases for city staff, city council and even Thompson-Nicola Regional District directors.
Funny how it doesn’t fly when the shoe is on the other foot.
