Crusaders march to fifth-place finish
The St. Ann’s Crusaders placed fifth at the provincial A boys basketball championship in Langley.
In their final game, the Crusaders topped the Langley Christian Lightning 78-60.
Blaz Bozinovic was named St. Ann’s player of the game.
The Kelowna Christian Knights went on to win the title.
The Crusaders beat the No. 8 ranked Regent Christian Royals 94-76 on Thursday, March 1, to advance to a second-round matchup with Kelowna.
Kelowna topped St. Ann’s 51-41. Bozinovic had 12 points for the Crusaders in that game.
