Mullets top Supertroopers
The Supertroopers finished third in the Kamloops Indoor Women's Premier Soccer League after losing 2-1 to the Sweet Mullets in a semifinal match.
Jenna Iadarola scored the Supertroopers only goal in support of goalkeeper Emily Edmundson.
A 1-0 win over the under-16 Kamloops Blaze girls saw the Supertroopers into the semifinal.
Alex Polson scored in support of Edmundson in that game.
The battle for league supremacy between the Excel and the Sweet Mullets goes Saturday, April 2, at 8 p.m. at the Kamloops Soccer Dome.
