Venom open season with a loss

The junior B Kamloops venom opened up their Thompson Okanagan JuniorLacrosse League season  on Thursday, April 21, with a 4-3 loss to the Kelowna, which amalgamated with Rutland after the 2010 campaign.

Rookie's Jerome Thorne and Blaine Boomer recorded their first goals for the Venom. Riley Donahue, the Venom's captain, rounded out Kamloops' scoring.

Andrew Copeland was in the Venom's net for the loss.
