The Thompson-Okanagan Junior Lacrosse League playoff series between the Kamloops Venom and the Armstrong Shamrocks is going down to the wire.

Kamloops will travel to Armstrong to meet the Shamrocks in Game 3 of the best-of-three league semifinal at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 16.

Armstrong pushed the series to three after posting a 4-2 win at Memorial Arena on Wednesday, July 13.

Venom netminder Andrew Copeland was replaced by Cody Mior before the end of the first period.

Jamie Forster and Haden Hoover scored the Venom’s goals.
