Geocaching weekend at Sun Peaks
Sun Peaks Resort is hosting Seek the Peaks, a geocaching event on Saturday, July 23, and Sunday, July 24.
On Saturday, Sun Peaks Adventures will host an introductory session, in which geocachers will learn how to use a global positioning system (GPS) and learn how to follow co-ordinates.
On Sunday, participants will head up the mountain on the Sunburst Chairlift (at discounted lift-ticket prices) and begin hunting for hidden items.
