Pack add goalkeepers' coach
The TRU WolfPack women's soccer squad has a new goalkeepers' coach, Danilo Caron.
The 36-year-old played between the pipes for the University College of the Cariboo Sun Demons in the late 1990s.
“I am looking forward to the challenge this brings,” Caron said.
“It’s going to be great. You can’t necessarily physically do what you want to see done. But, all that work is done before the game in an encouraging and corrective way during the contest.
"By the time a player reaches this level, they are competitive. I’ll be able to push them .“
He is replacing Glen Archer, who retired from the position after 12 seasons with the program.
Tom McManus is the Pack's head coach.
