Duncan Schulz, the son of TRU WolfPack men’s hockey coach Don Schulz, will play for the Pack next season.

The forward spent the last two seasons playing with the Kamloops Storm of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League.

He racked up 35 goals and 86 points in 92 games with the Storm.

“Duncan Schulz is a skilled, play-making centre who I expect will have an immediate impact in the [British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey League] next season,” Pack general manager Chris Hans said.

The forward is pursuing a business degree at TRU.

Forward Taylor Stuart of Smithers and goaltender Anthony Manfredi of Prince George, both of whom play for the Pack, were teammates of Schulz’s on the Storm.
