Kamloops Storm netminder Niall MacGregor could not stop Isaac Willard of the Chase Heat in double overtime on Sunday, Dec. 18, at McArthur Island Sport and Event Centre.
Chase beat Kamloops 5-4, moving the Storm’s Kootenay International Junior Hockey League record in December to 2-3-1-2.
The Storm edged the visiting Sicamous Eagles 3-2 on Saturday, Dec. 17.
Kamloops is on Christmas vacation until Jan. 6 when it travels to Summerland.
