Peewee Blazers win gold
The peewee tier 1 Kamloops Jardine's Blazers won the Crowchild Challenge in Calgary on the weekend.
Kamloops topped Crowchild 5-1 in the tournament final on the back of goals from Brendan Semchuk (2), Ryan Chyzowski, Ty Kolle and Garrett Ewert.
Reid Gladman and Max Palaga shared goaltending duties at the tournament.
The peewee Blazers won three of five tournaments they attended this season, including the Darcy Robinson Memorial in Kamloops.
