Armstrong wins Cayman Invitational
Dylan Armstrong is back on track.
After battling injuries in recent months, the Kamloops shot putter won gold at the Cayman Invitational with a 21.15 metre throw last week on the Cayman Islands.
Justin Rodhe, who trains with Armstrong at the National Throws Centre in Kamloops, took second place with a 20.36-metre heave.
Both Kamloops shot putters are expected to compete for Canada at the Olympics in London this summer.
