Basketball shooting clinic on offer
The high-school and elementary basketball seasons aren't far away and the TRU WolfPack women’s team wants players to be prepared.
Renowned shooting coach Dave Love will be in Kamloops hosting shooting clinics on Saturday, Sept. 15, at the TRU Gym.
Love is a shooting consultant for the National Basketball Association.
He has worked for the Phoenix Suns, Oklahoma City Thunder and the Tulsa 66ers of theNBA Development League.
Love has been the University of Calgary's shooting coach for the last eight years.
It costs $49.95 to register. Sessions run from 10 a.m. to 1p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
