Derby dolls hosting scrimmage
The Tournament City Derby Dolls are working to promote sport and roller derby by hosting the first annual Sports Day in Canada outdoor scrimmage.
Skaters from Kamloops and throughout B.C. will be drafted onto two super-hero themed teams and will collect pledges for the Jumpstart and KidSport programs.
The scrimmage will be held at the McArthur Island Sports Centre's side parking lot on Saturday, Sept. 29, at 12 p.m.
