Titans march toward provincial final
The South Kamloops Titans advanced to the semifinal round of the senior girls' AAA high school basketball championships with an 84-44 win over Riverside secondary of Port Coquitlam on Thursday, March 7.
The Titans were led by senior duo Maya Olynyk and Emma Wolfram.
Olynyk netted 26 points and added seven assists, while Wolfram scored 20 points, pulled down 23 rebounds and blocked nine shots.
Anna Frenkel added 10 points, with Emma Piggin and Kanesha Reeves contributing nine and eight points, respectively.
