Sprott Shaw College in downtown Kamloops saw 99 students graduate at its 116th spring convocation.

Among the grads were 19 practical nurses, 31 health-care assistants, 15 early-childhood educators, 30 business students and four community support workers.

“We are excited to see that over the last three years, 95 per cent of graduates have found employment within three months, most of them in our Kamloops community,” Sprott Shaw director Bruce Wilbee said.
