Bryan Adams rocks Sandman Centre in Kamloops

The legendary chart-topper was in fine form during his Sept. 12, 2023, concert

Thousands of fans attended Bryan Adams' Sept. 12 concert at Sandman Centre, with the legendary Canadian musician and his band putting on a two hour-plus show featuring his hits and some new songs, with some insight into the stories behind the tunes.

Adams’ stop in Kamloops later was part of a B.C. tour swing that also included concerts in Victoria, Penticton and Prince George.

Adams, 63, last played in Kamloops in 2016.

The tour is in support of Adams’ 15th studio album, So Happy It Hurts, which was released in March 2022 and which was nominated for Best Rock Performance at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

Adams, originally from North Vancouver, is one of the best-selling musicians of all time and has collected countless accolades and awards, including three Academy Award nominations, five Golden Globe nominations, a Grammy Award and 20 Juno Awards.
