The BC SPCA Kamloops Spay and Neuter Clinic is holding its biannual Feral Cat Spay and Neuter Day on Friday, March 31, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In collaboration with several local feral rescue organizations and local animal shelters, the SPCA will be providing, free of charge, spay and neuter procedures, vaccinations and de-worming medications for feral cats from throughout the region.
Helping to stage the event are SPCA volunteers, the faculty and students of the Thompson Rivers University animal health technology program, donations of vaccines and de-worming medications from Zoetis and Boehringer-Ingelheim and funding from the Vancouver Hospital Trust fund.
