Midsummer Music Jam packs them in at Riverside Park

It was Music in the Park’s largest crowd of the summer; 35 more concerts to come in Kamloops

The largest crowd of the year for Music in the Park gathered downtown on Wednesday night (July 27) for the Midsummer Music Jam.

The BC Lottery Corporation-sponsored event saw more than 1,000 people arrive in Riverside Park to enjoy fare from food trucks, followed by music from Jess Moskaluke and Teigen Gayse.

Music in the Park is a decades-long summer concert series that sees musicians perform in the downtown park every night in July and August. Music will begin at 7 p.m. each night, with performers on the Rotary Bandshell stage in Riverside Park.

The remaining schedule of performers, which includes local Kamloops acts and those from elsewhere, is listed below, with notes from organizers describing the acts:
