The Kamloops Symphony Orchestra's semi-annual fundraiser, Barb's Used Book and Music Sale, will return in a smaller pop-up format in August.
The sale features a curated selection of used books, sheet music, vinyl records, DVDs and CDs for $2 each.
This time around, the sale will take place in the Kamloops Symphony offices and music school space at 6-510 Lorne Street, across from the CNR Heritage Station.
Several pandemic-related precautions will be in place. Masks will be required, a limit of 10 shoppers will be admitted at a time, shopping time will be limited to 30 minutes per person and good will be laid out on a one-way path.
KSO staff are also encouraging cashless payments.
The sale will begin on August 12, open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Although donations for the sale are not being taken at the time, the KSO is looking for volunteers for the sale. Anyone interested can sign up on the Kamloops Symphony website.
