The 21st annual Kamloops Children's Arts Festival will be virtual and take place during the run-up to Christmas.
From Dec. 21 to Dec. 25, kids ages two and older can take try out different art forms.
Kamloops Arts Council executive director Terri Hadwin said she's disappointed the festival couldn't take place in Riverside Park as it normally does, but said this year's festival gives kids a chance to take part in art during their holiday break.
"I am very excited about the early nighttime theme that we have in the winter months, 'Starlight, starbright,' and I think the families and children will love the arts activities we have planned for them," she said.
Workshops and performances will be offered for one hour each day.
Performers include Kiki the Echo Elf, The Wilds Band, magician Clinton W. Gray and Western Canada Theatre's Stage One Theatre School.
