The April 26 concert at Sandman Centre featuring ZZ Top, Cheap Trick and Canadian blues artist Sue Foley was a long time coming, having been pushed back from its original date in 2020 due to the pandemic.

In fact, the concert, which featured a large crowd, was the first event of its size to be held in Kamloops since the pandemic was declared in March 2020.

KTW photographer Allen Douglas was there and captured some photos of the headline act — featuring Billy Gibbons, Frank beard and Elwood Francis — and the Foley, who is originally from Ottawa.
