Symphony ticket sales on hold due to gathering restrictions

The Kamloops Symphony Orchestra has put ticket sales for its events on hold after the province imposed a 250-person limit on gatherings.

"In accordance with directives from public health authorities, our upcoming ticketed events in April are currently on hold until we have clarity regarding the status of gatherings of over 250 people," reads a statement by the orchestra posted on social media Friday morning.

The orchestra said it will update all ticket holders on the status of upcoming events, including A Conversation with Eleanor Wachtel on April 3 and Luminous Voices on April 11.

"Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with authorities to determine the best course of action through this ever evolving and unpredictable situation."
