TV series Gaslight begins filming in Kamloops

Gaslight stars Jessica Rothe (Happy Death Day), Kelsey Asbille (Yellowstone), Will Dalton (Loving) and Marc Rissmann (Game of Thrones).

A TV series thriller began filming in Kamloops on Tuesday (May 25).

Thompson-Nicola Regional District film commissioner Vicci Weller said Gaslight, a New Regency production adapted from the QCode podcast of the same name by Miles Joris-Peyrafitte, is now in production, with locations in Kamloops being used.

Gaslight stars Jessica Rothe (Happy Death Day), Kelsey Asbille (Yellowstone), Will Dalton (Loving) and Marc Rissmann (Game of Thrones).

Deadline describes the plot of Gaslight, which has a character named Danny missing after vanishing while in her senior year. Her disappearance leaves everyone confused and devastated, including her closest friend, Becca (Asbille).

Gaslight picks up years later when, late one night, Becca, her new husband and their baby son receive a visitor — Danny — while having dinner.
