A Glorious start to the Memorial Cup tournament in Kamloops

The Juno Award-winning band Glorious Sons kicked off Memorial Cup festivities with a two-hour concert on May 25

The Juno Award-winning band Glorious Sons kicked off the Memorial Cup festivities on Thursday night (May 25) with a concert at Molson Canadian Hockey House behind Sandman Centre.

The two-hour concert took place after the tournament’s opening ceremony took place at the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc Powwow Arbour (photos and video from which can be seen here and here).

The Glorious Sons formed in Kingston in 2011.
