Council rules in KTW’s favour following reader complaint

The National Newsmedia Council has ruled in Kamloops This Week's favour after a reader lodged a complaint following a story about a local sex doll business.

The reader argued the story went against family values and was demeaning to women.

The council found no breach of journalistic standards and nothing demeaning to women.

It ruled the story was newsworthy.
