The incident took place near the intersection of Saddleback Drive and Stagecoach Drive around 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

"We used what we call the big wheel," Lindoff said, explaining the device attaches to a spine board and can be used to transport a patient over rough terrain.

KFR assisted ambulance crews, which were already on scene, in loading the patient, who was transported to hospital with unknown injuries.
