UPDATE: Kamloops RCMP reported on Nov. 24 at 7 a.m. that Dominic Cleavely has been found and is safe. he is back home with family.
Kamloops Mounties are seeking the public’s help in helping to find a teenager who has been missing since Monday afternoon (Nov. 23) and who needs his medication.
Dominic Cleavely, 17, was reported missing on Monday, Nov. 23, at 1 p.m. He was last seen leaving for lunch from the Kamloops School of the Arts at 11:15 a.m. and did not return. The school is at Ninth Avenue and Fraser Street in Sagebrush.
Dominic stands about six feet tall, with a thin build. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red puffy vest over a grey hoodie, grey sweat pants and a red baseball cap with a black brim.
Sgt. Jeff Bingley said of particular concern is the fact Dominic has autism and Tourette syndrome and is in need of medication.
Bingley said police and other first responders scoured the city throughout the afternoon, to no avail.
