BC Assessment has released the top assessed residential properties in Kamloops and throughout British Columbia.

In Kamloops, the priciest home continues to be 1490 Westerdale Dr. in Aberdeen. It is valued at $2.175 million, an increase over its value of $2.104 million in 2020.The 14,153-square-foot house sits on a 4.35-acre lot and features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The city’s highest-valued home comes in at a fraction of the value of the highest-valued home in the Thompson-Okanagan region ($10.7 million in Lake Country) and British Columbia ($66.8 million in Vancouver.)
