Emergency personel inspect the scene of a single vehicle motor vehicle accident Friday on Cardew Hill, 10 kilometres south of Kamloops.
A tractor trailer unit hauling lumber lost control on an uphill curve just before 1 p.m., spilling its load.
One person appears to have been transported to Royal Inland Hospital by BC Ambulance Service.
The road has been restricted to single-lane alternating traffic.
