Police probe ‘suspicious’ discovery of two bodies in Shuswap home

There is a heavy police presence in the Shuswap after two bodies were found Tuesday in an Anglemont home.

Police are keeping tight-lipped about the incident, but said the deaths are “being treated as suspicious in nature.”

The investigation is being led by the RCMP’s Southeast District major crime unit, which was moving resources into the area as of early Wednesday morning.

Anglemont is about 100 kilometres east of Kamloops on the north side of Shuswap Lake.
