B.C. health officials are reporting 148 new cases of COVID-19 and three further deaths due to the disease.
That case count includes 32 new cases in Interior Health. Elsewhere, there were 23 cases in Vancouver Coastal Health, 75 in Fraser Health, 10 in Island Health and eight in Northern Health.
B.C. currently has 1,975 active cases, with 195 of those cases in hospital and 47 of those patients in critical care.
With three further deaths, the province's death toll stands at 1,725.
Vaccination numbers continue to climb, up to 74.5 per cent of all British Columbians 18 and older now vaccinated with at least one dose, and 72.4 per cent of everyone 12 and older.
To date, B.C. has administered 3,749,758 doses of vaccine, including 390,264 second doses.
