COVID-19 exposures have been reported in two Kamloops schools.
NorKam secondary saw exposures on March 22 and March 23, while students at Westmount elementary were potentially exposed across three days, from March 23 to March 25.

Interior Health will determine the close contacts of the person or people infected and contact anyone who may have been exposed to instruct them to self-isolate. Only families with students at risk of developing COVID-19 will be contacted.
As of Tuesday, the two schools are the only ones with exposure notices in the Interior Health region.
Following its one-week spring break, classes resumed in SD73 last week. Other schools in the region did not resume until Monday.
