UPDATE: Kamloops teen has been found and is safe

UPDATE: Kamloops RCMP reported at 3:45 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28, that Annie Michel has been found and is back with her family.

Kamloops Mounties are asking for the public’s help in finding a teenager.

Staff Sgt. Edward Preto said 15-year-old Annie Michel is believed to be on the North Shore.

She is Aboriginal, stands 5-foot-4 and weighs 125 pounds. She has black hair styled in a short bob cut and usually wears a tuque.

Annie was the subject of a missing persons bulletin in January, but was found safe two days later.

Anybody with information on Annie’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 250-828-3000.
