UPDATED: Kamloops teenager found and is safe

UPDATED: Kamloops RCMP reported at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, that Annie Michel has been found and is safe.

Kamloops Mounties are asking for the public’s help in finding a teenaged girl reported missing this week.

Annie Michel, 15, was last seen on June 5 at about 2:45 p.m. in the 400-block of Tranquille Road on the North Shore.

She is First Nations, stands 5-foot-5, weighs 110 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a brown leather jacket, floral leggings and a white T‐shirt.

Michel was also reported missing on four previous occasions — between October 2018 and January of this year — but was found shortly afterwards each time.

Anybody who has seen Michel, or knows of her whereabouts, is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP at 250‐828‐3000.
