Years ago, there was a lawsuit concerning train coal dust in Dallas, but I don’t recall ever hearing the outcome.
Fast forward to today.
The coal cars have been switched over to CN from CP and coal cars are travelling through more areas, including Rayleigh.
If governments are so gung-ho about saving and caring about the environment, why aren’t the railway lines forced to cover the rail cars carrying the coal?
Do others have to bring forth yet another lawsuit? Can our various levels of government help out with this?
