Letter: Here’s hoping the air around suspension at TRU is cleared


It is heartening to read that the TRU Faculty Association has at last agreed to take part in the probe by the Canadian Association of University Teachers into the circumstances leading to the suspension of TRU professor Derek Pyne (‘TRU’s faculty association will co-operate with investigation into academic freedom complaint,’ Nov. 3).

Hopefully, this will help clear the air behind it all.
